Turbo-Tax
TurboTax a "invisable company", Avoid ANY company that does'nt give a phone number or direct customer service. Something wrong and dont want to be contacted

Any company that won't give a phone number or good physical customer service number should be avoided. I tried for two months to speak with a Representive of TurboTax after receiving a notice of a tax bill TurboTax FAILED to catch. Never did receive help. So contacted IRS and worked out a lesser correct amount. This after 8 years of using them. That should tell you something. Now I use H & R Block and refer my friends to H & R Block
