Requested a microcassette transcriber from Sony through Amazon Marketplace on Decembr 23. Didn't get the camera until January 2. The warrenty was for a few months from day of purchase. I stated towards the customer support reresentative that people haven't had camera within our ownership for 3 months especially consiering that February is just a brief month. Nevertheless, the only real answer provided was to send the recorder back as well as in approximately 3 months, to get a charge of $29.00, we wold obtain back a restored camera.
