It has been the toughest online buying experience in my own life. An first impression. Both site & verification mail that I obtain from Zumiez equally inform that I ought to get the bundle no later than fourteen days, based on your geographical area. I live in California, they deliver from California, With UPS ground, the exact distance isn't that far. And may not take this long.

01/10 - I place in the purchase of 5 products with free delivery.

01/17 - After 1 week, I start to speculate why I didn't obtain any follow-up mail about delivery or something, And So I email them.

01/18 - following day I obtain a contact informing me this 1 of my products were out-of-inventory, plus they forgot to inform me. So that they then email me they delivered out my bundle with simply the 4 products. & will stop the missing item. I had been good with this specific, when I was iffy concerning the out-of-inventory product anyways, but I had been only a little furious they waited till I requested.

01/20 - I start to speculate why the following info has not updated, because its been 3 times. IT WILL just get twenty four hours. Thus again, I email them.

01/23 - It's today mon, I obtain a contact informing me that my bundle has delivered and really should expect it. Again, with no tracking number.

01/27 - Today, I contact them-and request where my bundle is, however the silly component is, they dropped my tracking number. It's been 9 days because it was allegedly delivered, (7 business days) and that I still don't have my bundle. They inform me that I've to hold back no less than 8 business days before they are able to do something, however the factor is, I dont reside in CALIFORNIA over the U.S., I reside 2 states away. Issues might have removed so much softer when they hadn't dropped my tracking number. How can that actually occur? How will you shed a following range? I will have to carry on waiting till MON & was informed to call-back WEDNESDAY if it generally does not think about it Friday. This really is definitely the worst experience ever. Its been nearly 3 months since I have place in my purchase. NEVER again will I purchase something from Zumiez. Customer support doesn't be seemingly important.
