DoN't conduct business with this particular organization. Oxygen-N-Water in Santa Ana, California is just a rip-off performer. The net site they've attempts to demonstrate to them as experts - they're NOT!!! The client support once you buy your product is wholly non existent. After they possess the purchase, they don't worry about the client, and that is the toughest thing you certainly can do within an economy such as this.

Dec. 19th 2008 I put an order to get a 65lbs heater - they condition they often deliver anything out in 3 business days - I believe that component might be accurate. Times pass, today months, no reaction from airnwater. I contact FedEx on Jan. 5th to discover they dropped the bundle. They've NO idea where it's - this can be a large 65lbs heater, how can they shed that?!?!?! They inform me they'll contact the shipper and obtain anything started on the finish to concern a reimbursement for them. FedEx informs me the shipper may contact me by Tues Jan. 13th in the newest to either reimbursement my cash or deliver me out a brand new one. Jan. 14 no body calls - I deliver 3 emails within the next couple of days, no body reacts. Jan. 20th I choose to contact airnwater and find out the things they need to state. I actually donot say something about how exactly I've previously approached FedEx plus they might have compensated them out currently - I simply wish to observe exactly what the Customer Support Representative claims. Then your run-around tales start... She informs me they have to contact FedEx - I informed her FedEx has began the missing package procedure on the website finish and Airnwater must have previously obtained the cost from FedEx for dropping the bundle. Then she informs me, after I had been on-hold she requested a brand new one in the produce and it'll be sent... But she doesn’t understand when. Therefore today I am only a little pissed since she is providing me perspective when I captured her in a rest about where the bundle was. And so I tell her to-go forward and your investment heater, "I'd like a refund" - the moment I-say this she sets me on-hold and following a couple of minutes, she says it'll be considered a couple of days before they are able to issue a refund. I ask why? She informs me the produce must quit the deal for giving out another device. I tell her this isn't my issue, this really is her problem and her organization must matter me a reimbursement for not getting them. Today she stops speaking about the telephone, she wont react, simply stop. And so I informed her good, when am I going to begin to see the reimbursement? She simply mumbles..."in a couple of days". What!?!?!?! I can not think her, I request to keep in touch with another person and he or she simply hangs up.

She got all pissy about the telephone informing me it isn't her problem for dropping my bundle - no shit! Itis FedExis issue for dropping my bundle, however, you ought to be assisting me to maintain a person, alternatively she talked her viewpoint that "itis not my issue friend" - fuck that woman. She ought to be dismissed.
