I purchased several computer components from infinity-micro.com. I received the wrong hard drive trays and an extra heatsink (for which I paid). The following day I requested an rma to return the items for refund and was told - no refunds, only exchanges. I requested they exchange the hard drive trays for the correct ones and was refused.
Stay away from this vendor! Very shady business!!
