I ordered a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card in Dec. 2011 for the price of $15. My credit card was billed 2 days after my order, but I never received the gift card that was supposed to be mailed to me with 2 weeks of order. I made multiple phone calls, always getting an automated message, resulting in me having to leave a message, as well as multiple email notifications. I never received a response AND still have not received my already paid for gift card! Something needs to be done about this company! They need to be held accountable to the 100s of people they have scammed!
