I just had a bad exchange at Easy Computers located on 6851 Marshall Road, Upper Darby, PA. On 22 November I traded my Imac for a Macbook and the computer had problems. I took it to get repaired, and it took some time to get it fixed, (5 days) and it still not right. When I got it home, the computer was missing some of its software was missing.
It had at least 20 different Adobe Shop progra... Ms, and all this was lost. Then the computer just shut down on me. I took
it back to exchange the Macbook for the Imac, but they refused to do so.
The problems the computer had was function keys did not work, (they did fix that) ejection button did not work, enter button did not work and it had a bad hard drive. I took it to Springbroad Media for a diagnostic and it had 350 dollars worth of repairs that need to done to it.
I took them to court and the judgment went to Eazy Computers, but I'll am going to appeal soon, I will keep this website posted.
