Bought ebook on site, couldn't get application to work well with my pill and was never ready to download my e-book, have created numerous emails and named twice looking to get reimbursement to get a ebook that I really could not obtain.organization representatives state that they cannot provide reimbursement until book download is screwed up, appears like not having the ability to obtain guide is screwed up, I'm really dissatisfied in customer support and wouldn't cope with the corporation again. I've been looking to get reimbursement since 12/18 and published this evaluation 01/21 with no fulfillment on my problem.
