They froze my account said it. Would take. Them 6 months to send me a check. It is now been 8 months and no money

I was selling items on ebay and having money put into paypal. My account was frozen because im not 18 so they said it would take 6 months to get my check. It has been 8 months and everytime I call I hear a different story.
