Terminated for wrongful accusations of sending a derogatory message across company devise

On friday december 16 my pda malfunctioned and i called my supervisor and let him know, he promptly showed up at my job and took my pda to the main office to swop it out for a loaner phone so i could work the weekend. Monday december 19 all the technicians in the around including my supervisor gathered at our usual lunch area. I clocked out at lunch exactly at 12:38 pm and proceeded to eat lunch. After we ate lunch we gathered around the table to partake in our daily call to our dispatch to see what type of jobs everyone had and what direction everyone was heading in so we could have a game plan. The call to dispatch took place from 12:50 pm to 1:05 pm. We all stood up and started walking to our vehicles to head to our next job, i sat down in my vehicle, and started to log back in from lunch and i noticed my supervisor approached my vehicle and asked (did u send a can message to dispatch) and i said no sir. And he asked a second time (are you sure you didnt send a message to dispatch) and again i said no sir.

I was a little puzzles about the question and when i logged into my pda to clock back in from lunch i received a message stating (funny must read) i received that message at 12:52 pm. From dispatch. I started to put it all together and thought surely my supervisor didnt think i sent something like that to dispatch. I proceeded to go to my next job and completed it and i received a call from my supervisor telling me to meet him at the main office. And i said yes sir. I had an idea of what it was about but wasnt for sure.

I arrived at the office shortly after the call from my supervisor and we were waiting for HR to show up to discuss what was going on. They arrived to the office and we all sat down and started talking and they asked me what was going on and i said i really dont know, i am a little confused about the situation. And then the guy from HR told me i was being accused of sending a derrogatory joke from a company devise.
At first i looked at him and said are you kidding me and he firmly said (this is no kidding matter).
I asked him what time did the message say it was sent and he told me 12:52 pm. And i told him i was on a call with dispatch with my teammates and supervisor and my supervisor spoke up and said thats the truth.

I was completely in shock and then the people from HR told me they were going to put me on paid administrative leave pending an investigation. HR told me i needed to get all my personal belongings out of my vehicle and my supervisor would take me home. So my supervisor and i walked out to my vehicle and to get all my belongs, and at the time we both were overwhelmed with emotions and didnt know what to say.
The conversation in his vehicle was silent, i asked him how is this possible and he said he knows i didnt do this, i have five witnesses and one being a supervisor, that still left me puzzled.

Several weeks went by and finally on january 5 i received a call from my supervisor and asked me if i could meet him and HR at the main office at 1:30pm and of course i said yes. We sat down in the office and HR asked how was i doing and and i replied ok considering. So we began to talk and then HR told me after the investigation was over they decided to terminate my position at charter communications because they have a zero toleration policy for things like that and termination was effective immediatly. I sat back and could not believe what i was hearing, i asked can i appeal the rusults and she firmly said no, i asked can i ever be employed by charter in the future and she said no i have been black flagged for employment, that means i can never be employed by charter in the future, i became all choked up and so did my supervisor, i guess the emotions got the best of us, my teammates and supervisor are more like family than coworkers.

I asked HR did they interview the witnesses or even pull up phone records where my supervisor was on the phone with dipatch and my teamate were standing beside me and they said they cant disclose that information. Alabama is a hire and fire at will state, meaning an employer doesnt have to give an employee a reason for termination. But they gave me a reason and it was false and i have witnesses and other information to prove otherwise. So what can i do about this cituation.
