(j. Johnson) rip-off!

I purchased a desktop computer after putting it on lay-a-way by writing a check for the remain balance. My wife was told via phone that i would take two weeks for the check to clear, which it cleared in one week and my computer haven't arrived yet. It has been a month since the contact were made.

I would like to know what can be done about this?
