I purchased a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and it never arrived... It said already redeemed on site but I never used it. It said online that it would be mailed to me.internet

I purchased a Barnes and Noble gift card for my daughter for Christmas and it never arrived. They tell you that you will get an email when its ready to be cashed I never received that email. The only email I received was the Thank you for my purchase email. I went online to redeem the voucher and it said it would be mailed I wasn't sure if that was regular mail or email so I kept checking both. It never came. I called them 3 times and they never called me back. I never received my product from them!
