Pccare247 undertook to correct notron av2012 whichs suddenly could not live update, plus it was in spanish. Ashish attempted to correct and initially it look good, but next day norton av12 was back to spanish and no lu was possible. My complaint was responded to by agrawal and others, a refund of a small amount was promised, but not received. I am out $259.95. As an aside norton (the proper people made the correction for $69. Anyone out there who can help me put a stop to this? Thks
