Initially I thought I was contacting Dell but ended up speaking with pccare. I agreed to a $159.95 plan for computer maintenance. I did have two sessions that were moderatly successful. I realized that I needed "hands-on" help. I requested a refund and I received a telephone call asking "would I accept a refund of $59.95 since they had performed two service calls". Since then I have heard zero and they do not reply to emails
