Mr. Vladimir kim is a seller that goes by the name of rackguss11 and he email is [email protected]. He sells stuff on yahoo auctions, on may 25 i won a auction of a watch which after i follow up with the seller via email on the details on how to pay for it. He reply in no time giving me the instructions in how to pay for the item and also advicing me that if i pay thru western union my item would be here withing 2to3 days.
He also state that onces the transfer was received he was not going to pick it up until he send me a tracking number to track the package. Onces i send the money i was notifie by western inion that mr kim has already pick up the money i send him an email asking for my tracking number for days i didnt got a responce until finally he responce saying that i need to send him more money for the insurance. Due that they would not ship the package if not insured wich i did again trusting this person. Few days went by and he has already collected all the money but i have not hear from him i dicide it to keep emeiling him but i never got a answer back. I got frustrated and i decide to give him a bad rating on yahoo and live a message so more people would be aware of the ripp off that his is commiting.
Right after doing that i got an email from him saying that i judge him without a reason and that he was not going to send the package until i fix his rating wich i did stupid me believing again in him its been almost a week and i have spent all my forces i write to him every day but he is not responding.
I am really concern because it was a big amount of money and he is not going to return it or send me the package.
Be aware of this man he is based on the ukraine and it goes by the name of rackguss11. Dont let him ripp you off.
