EVGA will take every opportunity to exclude you from their "LIFETIME" warranty. There are no exceptions. No special cases.
Many vendors respond to negative ratings with a general "call us we can help" response. Be aware that I have already called and after several emails and phone calls they have chosen to abandon me as a customer over a technicality. I write this in hopes that I save someone the $800 I lost when I purchased a high end video card (GTX 590 Classified) that failed within the first 8 hours of use and they will not honor the LIFETIME warranty.
It is a true testament of how EVGA treats customers who own their products.
