I had been happy in the beginning - requested a heater that found its way to a regular manner and worked very well. Required another, so ordered it.
I had been delivered a used, dirty, smoky heater. Therefore, I e-mail and have them to deliver a return shipment tag which I'd prefer to trade it for another heater - thought I'd provide them with an opportunity to ensure it is right; possibly somebody simply did not do their work about the return end.
They flat-out declined to pay for return shipment. I've it created in e-mail - despite the fact that they delivered me a used product they'll not take accountability by any means. I intend on processing a with my condition Attorney-General and not using the services of these folks again!
