This past year we purchased a towel heater from QS materials. Two days after installing it, it started to trickle. After I named QS materials to protest I had been handled appallingly. Particularly a salesman named Mo was coping with my calls. He was really rude and incredibly unhelpful. They ultimately decided to change the heater. After 14 days I'd noticed nothing and so I called again. QS materials refused all understanding of my prior calls and accused me of creating everything up. After many more annoying telephone calls they decided when i delivered the defective heater they might organize an upgraded.
As required, I delivered the defective heater to QS materials about the 7th May using a courier. They refuse getting the heater. I've a duplicate of the a closed evidence of shipping slide in the courier that we have delivered to QS materials.
Despite many efforts I've since been not able to get anyone from QS Materials to go over my state plus they have today dropped the defective heater that i delivered for them.
