I have been a member with Freeride for over 4 years. The first three years were fine, they sent out all my rewards, which I usually get a $25 or $50 Walmart card to help with my childrens' Christmas gifts. This year, however, they did not send it out. I ordered it on Oct. 21. Nine weeks and 4 emails later, still no card. They have yet to respond to my email inquiries. They have yet to comply with my request to close account. I am very unhappy and do not recommend Freeride to anyone now.
