FreeRide Corp Not giving points for shopping through their site

There were three times that I shopped via FreeRide links but never received points. The first time was a purchase through Audible.com, and I was supposed to get 11,000 points for joining the Audible service. I sent three complaint emails. The first get a we'll look into it response, then no response at all, and then finally I get told that they don't do anything about issues that are over 90 days! I started complaining well before their 90 day cutoff period. The second was a purchase for an eyeglass repair kit from Dr. Lens (which I have received from the associated vendor.) I have not received the 4,000 tokens for this purchase. I also have completed an offer for finding out what credit cards I qualify for, and should have gotten 2,500 points for this. One Suzanne Pinder, Customer Support Manager, has responded to my complaint. I explained to her which offers, and that I have records of all transactions. Her response on Nov. 6 was "I am working on this. I am working with my technical department to make sure that everything is working the way it is supposed to work. I can see that you took the offer, so we are right not trying to get the system to upload it. I will let you know how it is going or you will see the tokens in your account." She has not responded to further emails, and the points are still not in my account.
