I bought a product while talking to their live support, I made the payment and they asked me to hold on while they check. A while after, they said their supplier is not available to make the delivery so I would need to wait. I asked for a refund and they said only managers could do that and that would take 12hours... And then they just close the windows and when I re-open a new one (live support) they just said to hold on and then repeat the process.
I then made a debate in Paypal, and then went back to their live support, they said if it was a confusion and if I closed the debate, they would make the delivery. I should never close it, because they can not be re-open (don't ask me why... Ask paypal). After closing it, they just ask me to hold on and then repeat the process above.
I made several tries, but they never delivered the product.
