I bought a Nordic Track Elliptical E 5.5 from Sears on November 25. Whenever we got it house and attempted to put together it, it was lacking a remaining "supply" and rather had two correct "hands." We named Nordic Monitor, who informed us to make contact with Sears. Sears requested the brand new component through Nordic Track and we were informed it'd be shipped within two times. It's been 12 times but still no indication of the item. Whenever we contact Nordic Monitor, they reveal they "do not know once the item is arriving, they're awaiting it in the producer." I bought a with lost components and there's no reaction produced by the organization to displace the component. To come back the equipment could be very hard at this time because it was difficult enough to choose it-up because it is extremely big and troublesome. And of course that after I inquire about results, Nordic Monitor simply claims "contact Sears." PLEASE HELP! I simply desire to be ready to make use of this device and everytime I contact Nordic Monitor it's just like a dead-end. Sears is really as useful because they are able to be, but that's not adequate enough within this scenario.
Provide the right item in my experience within the next couple of days. I've this device trying out AN ENORMOUS room in my own condo which is presently ineffective.
