Today I phoned AT&T for the 7th time over the issue of my Uverse service. I have been trying since the 13th of June to transfer service to my HOUSE that has a 1/2 at the end of the street number. I hope AT&T is able to procure the new modem and disconnect the service that is currently on AT THE WRONG ADDRESS - and also IN MY NAME. I am a college student taking online classes, and this repetitive dialogue that I've come to expect from the rep's, salespeople and even supervisors is getting really old, really fast!
