Rip-off! Dishonest, fraudulent billing, poor customer service!

Monday April 12th - placed an order online for 72 personalized pastel pencils saying Wishing Cheryl Showers of Happiness

Wednesday April 14th - Sent an email asking for a confirmation of the order since it was never received.

Thursday April 15th - sent another email of the same nature due to no response from the previous day

Friday April 16th - gave up on email and decided to call. Spoke with Linda who said my order was received and not to worry.

Monday April 19th - called to speak with Linda to ensure that it was being sent out that day. She said it was not a problem and that it would be sent out that day. She noted that I ordered green imprint which she felt would be unattractive. As per her recommendation, I changed the imprint to gold. She assured me it would be sent out that afternoon.

Monday April 19th (in the afternoon)- called to confirm the order was complete and sent out - Linda said the power had been out for hours and they were unable to complete my order that day but it would be sent out first thing the next morning.

Tuesday April 20th (10:30 am) I spoke with Linda again and she said it would be completed and sent out that day. I asked to have express shipping due tot the fact that the shower was on Friday morning. She said that was fine.

Thursday April 22nd - I received a phone call from Linda telling me there was a problem with the order and to call her back. I call back and she tells me I am 1 letter over in the message and I need to change it. (nobody thought to tell me this the first 3 times I called!) Obviously upset because I needed the pencils by 7:30am the next morning, I tell her to forget the order. She says she can overnight it, but I refuse and say I want the order cancelled due to the amount of problems and last minute issues this was causing. Linda tells me this is not a problem and the order is cancelled.

Saturday May 15th I receive a credit card statement with the charge for the 72 pencils. I immediately email and get no response.

Monday May 17th (still no response) I call and speak with a representative who tells me she will look into it and get back to me that day.

Tuesday May 18th - I call back (never got a call back the day before) and spoke with Linda to tell her the situation. She is very nice and tells me she will find the paperwork and get back to me later that day. (never did)

Wednesday May 19th - I call back and ask to speak with Linda, but was put on hold for 25 minutes. No one ever picked up.

Thursday May 20th - I leave a message for Linda to call me back. (never did)

Friday May 21st - I speak with a representative who I tell the situation to. I also tell her that no one has called me back or email me. She, with annoyance in her voice, tells me she'll leave a message and that Linda will get back to me.

Friday May 21st (afternoon) I call back again and Linda answers. I remind Linda of who I am and my problem. She tells me that the girl who handles these problems is not there and to fax my problem to her (that would be this letter).
