Made purchase in december, and paid in full.in May, they make an additional unauthorized charge to my credit card. After making multiple calls to customer service (one woman customer service team I believe), I was told without an order number she can't help me out and that I should dispute it with my credit card company. Of course I don't have an order number, I didn't authorize the charge or place any kind of order!
When I asked why I have to dispute it instead of them crediting my account, she said by disputing it, the credit card company will credit the amount to me. I responded back with 'and then you keep the money you falsely charged me'. I got a wishy washy 'well, probably not, but that's on a corporate level'.
