Paid for a website in full and never recieved a site or a refund he is on ripoff before Internet

I paid Greg in full for a website and all I got was a runaround, never got a web site on any part of a refund. He has stop all communation with me, So in the process of finding him on google I came across usacomplaints.com and found out he has ripped off other people the same way. So now since I am lucky enough to live close I am sueing him, The other on this site live to far away.
