I'm simply blown away by this company, which appears or gives the impression that they are one of the better companies to order from online. I placed and order the day before Thanksgiving for a 7" Android 2.2 WIFI Touch Screen Tablet with Camera, $ was taken out of my account, only to find out several days later, the $ was back in. I thought it odd, so I "reordered" the product, after not being able to reach anyone to question what happened. After a week or so, they "completed" my initial order and again took the $ out of my account.
Finally the product was shipped to the INCORRECT address (shipping addy was provided), luckily I got the product. Then when I tested it out to make sure it would work ok for my son for Christmas, I find out that the apps market is not for US, among other things not to be current and possible that it was previously owned. I have a tech here at work who has been trying to fix it so my son could have something for Christmas.
In the meantime, my "reorder" has been sitting in que. I tried to call to cancel. I tried to email to cancel and got NOTHING. Now, today, I get a message stating that my order has been processed and shipped!!! Of course, I can't get through to anyone on the phone nor email. And have submitted now 2 helpdesk tickets and get NOTHING.
I have now reported them to BBB and left the so-called company a voice message and email message that if they do not get in contact with me, I will have one of the several attorneys I work with get in touch with them! Not sure if it will do any good, but you never know!
