HORRIBLE service. I bought some binding out of this website, and purchased ground shipment with it. The conditions and situation are phrased in this method to create is seem that purchases may deliver within 7 days or less, when actually the vessel in 10 business days! I attempted to obtain in touch with the organization to confirm the standing of my bundle: twice by e-mail, and six-times by telephone, AND NOT got an answer. That's, till I attempted to obtain a reimbursement through PayPal, and that I got an extremely condescending e-mail in one of the larger-ups about the organization within a few minutes of requesting my cash back. Obviously, I'm REALLY dissatisfied within the customer support and delivery costs/occasions, and suggest to one to avoid this website!!
