I purchased directly from their website. I requested on the Friday. The next week, I attempted to obtain touching them through e-mail and by telephone. Their customer support and live purchase quantity is continually active. You-can't actually obtain a person about the point.
After I finally did get a contact response 10 times after my initial purchase, I had been educated that my outfit was sold-out... 5 times before Halloween! I'll NEVER purchase through them-and won't suggest them to anybody.
