I ordered a v2 Premier in Nov. I recieved this computer in Dec. I set my office up in January. Since then I have had no computer to work on. First problem was the power supply, so the techicans thought. Ordered a part said it would take 7-10 days do not open the paackage, then you call the techican they assigne you and make an appointment. Another couple of days unless you are nasty. A day missed from work. Then the tech said it was the mother board. Had to call for the motherboard. Another 7-10 days. Then another call to the techican. Another appointment. Another day from work.
After the motherboard was install it won't load the internet back and some other programs. The techican called the company back. The company informed the technican that it was an internet problem. Also informed them that the mouse didn't work. So its not under warranty.
Now it still doesn't work. They think it is the overheating problem. This has to go back to the factory. I have been waiting on a shipping label for a week now. I called and i was told they don't know who told me it would take 2-3 days it is in regular mail.
I have done everything I know of except just stop payment. I have lost business due to the fact I can't get my work out on a timely manner. I am a small business. This is crippling me, financially and mentally.
If anyone is planning to buy a computer especially for a business or other wise unless you just want to monitor the children DO NOT BUY A V2 Premier. For Children bring monitor it is A NO. 1 Computer, cause it never works so the children can't do anything on it.
This is the biggest piece of JUNK I have ever purchased. Out of four months of ownership it has worked 1 1/2 months. The warranty and the manufacture is a joke.
