Service is always down no local customer support over charge for service

This place is a joke. They make there money by charging crazy connect and disconnect for Chicago people. They have no local support other then some stupid guy who blames everything on ATT. So don't waste your money, you can get phone internet and digital TV from FRONTIER for the same price. They don't offer phone at all.
