In a recent promotion event, the company encouraged players to purchase game gold through a promotional offer that included virtual game gear for substantial investment. Although an appropriate purchase was made, the company changed it's offer at the end of the promotional period, and did not deliver as promised. When contacted, the company representatives tried to convince me that I must have misread the offer, even to the point of saying nothing had ever changed. Sadly, another representative admitted that they changed the promotional, and then tried to swear that the changes did not include the layer of purchase made. Clearly the company has no intentions of delivering as promised. Anyone playing Batheo by Clapalong should reconsider the purchase of game gold during any promotions, as the company appears to feel no obligation to honor the commitments under which purchases are made.
