I have a problem with Comcast in Grand Rapids / Wyoming, Michigan. I have complained of unauthorized access twice now to my high speed internet account and have had no response, even when I threatened their representitive with litigation. I have been informed that a local business man has gotten someone inside Comcast to access my account, as well as many other accounts of a number of people to assist in the computer hacking of Comcast. Further this access not only allows one person to hack my computer, but several. This allows them to make it very difficult and frustrating to use my Comcast internet.
