I bid and won, and Paid $113.00 on a computer video card in a Dutch auction on eBay, and won on 03-24-04. The Seller had almost 100% positive feedback with an established history. Then the complaints, in the Feedback section rolled in asking why the seller is not answering. EBay then Suspneds him, and refuses to tel the bidders what is going on. The Seller disappeared and left lots of people with no money, no item shipped. Seller put these words int he feedback, before it closed: "Left town for family matter, Thanks." His last and only email said the same thing.

PayPal danced it's way out of Paying saying the Seller did not have money in their account, for a chage-back. Seller will not communicate with anyone. Period. Seller told everyone they left town. EBay has me waiting till 30 days is up before I can file. There are many victims of this seller. Seller had very good feedback up until the close of the auction, they they left town when auction closed and monies were paid.
