I ordered a gift for my son on 7/7. It was to ship in 48 hours. After a couple of weeks, I started trying to get in touch with them. No response to any emails, their phone only works certain hours, but you only get a recording saying they will call you back if you leave a message. After calling many times, I finally spoke to a human. I was told it was on backorder. I asked that the order be cancelled. They said they would cancel the order and refund my money. After waiting another week or so for my refund I contacted my bank. My bank refunded my money and I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. It was a lot of hassel for less than $50, but I was not going to let them steal my money.
