We found this seller for a Miata mirror on eBay, contacted him by email & bought a mirror on 6/24. Apparently by contacting him directly, the sale took place outside of eBay (didn't realize this). He was paid $75 through Paypal, & never delivered the mirror. I contacted him via email - here are some sample emails...

Hi, It should have been there last week. It was sent out the day after you paid me on paypal by usps priority mail which should be no longer than 3 business days shipping. I went out of town for the forth but will be home tommorrow an will promptly check into this to see what is going on and will get this resolved for you asap. Thanks again Dave

Hi, sorry it has takin this long... Ups finally contacted me when they found it and I just got it back thursday evening and they destroyed it. I have another one but it is blue so I am going to repaint it this weekend and get it shipped out usps monday morning... Thanks Dave
Never responded to further emails. I'm new at this sort of thing. Entered a dispute with Paypal, but it was past 45 days old, which I'm sure this seller knew as he pulled me along.
