Last october I won $1500.00 from ladydream casino. I then cashed out my winnings and it was sent to directnetpay for processing. I then received a confirmation email from directnetpay that they had received my funds.
Thier website (directnetpay) states that withdrawals well be processed within two weeks. I have emailed every week for 11 months and have had no response. They have my home phone, email and home address.
If they need documentation I have asked for a fax # to send it to, still no reply they list no phone #, fax# or address.
Please help as my wife and I are retired and could really use this money that is rightfully mine
