I placed an order with this so called company for a computer, and you will never believe what's next! I got an email telling me I'm approved for a computer. So I wait for a week or so. Then I don't hear nothing from them. So I email them, no response. So I email again and this time some guy that works there tells me that my order was not approved and my business was not welcome there!!! It took days to get over it, that they said that I said to myself oh where, oh where did I go wrong to get told that from a company that is really not that known! Lol!
Anyways, I just moved on in life got a computer somewhere else, and then wow! 99.00 was taken from bank account for a down payment. Called them to ask why no response! Now, remember I never signed anything with these thieves to take my money and I should also tell you they never even sent me a lease. So then weeks go past and are you ready for this one? The first payment for my computer of 65.00 was stolen out of my bank account from them!!!
That one took the cake, let me tell you! Well, I called them I told them about it and they said they would do something about it but of course never did. So I called again and they told me they were not giving my money back well. I told them i was going to dispute it with my bank, they said go ahead so I did! Also told them I was making a report about them on usacomplaints.com AND THEY SAID GO RUN... Run... MAKE YOUR REPORT SO I AM!!!
I did dispute with my bank and got my money back so just remember pc directbiz without a signature you have nothing!!! So, next time your thinking of ripping someone off at least send them a lease to sign! Maybe i should work for you but i have more class! People if your looking for a computer you better not deal with these jokers! I'm so glad that i did not get involved with ths company! Ripoffs!
