In March I contracted with PC Directbiz.com for a notebook computer. I sent in the $99.00 deposit required and was told I would receive my computer within 2 to 3 weeks. I called several times to find out the status on shipping and was told each time that that information wasn't available but they would contact me once it was ready to ship. Three months after ordering my computer I called and canceled the order and requested a refund of my $99.00. Now its the end of July, my 30 day processing wait is up and I still have not received my refund. I believe I won't ever see that $99.00 but I will not give up without a fight. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting an attorney to find out what my options are. I just hope this site saves one person from making the same mistake I did. People like this should be put out of business.
