Contract scam, bad customer service

Remain clear of "OBVIOUS"

No service in region & they demand I spend an earlier termination charge

A couple of months before, registered for just two year 4G 3G mobile air-card support. Should younot get into a deal, you've to purchase their system downright in a silly cost. Told them I had been moving-in a couple of months & they explained I'd 4G & 3G providers at both handles. They assured me that there is a shifting term within the agreement about new area accessibility & there could be no early termination charge to stop must I have to.

Recently, following a one-hour & 20-minute telephone call & atleast twelve telephone calls, I'm anxious...

Number 1... The unit doesn't work on my new tackle... No 4G at-all & the 3G support is unacceptably sluggish & disconnects every unitsapproximately. I've been through the check using their technical team. It generally does not work-in my new building. The unit is okay everywhere else, therefore the system is great. The technical team has established this twice—the support in my own building is iffy. Whenever you take a look at their protection chart, there's a bright dot where my building is.

Number 2... Today listed here is the capture... Payment claims I'm responsible for the first termination charge simply because they HAVE SERVICE IN MY AREA WRITTEN DOWN... Does matter if their tech-support places an email the support is useless in my own building... I'm in a protected region. Got administrators 2x who noticed notice on my bill & stated I'd not be billed the charge...

Back to billing... I'm responsible for fee... And over & once again

Number 3... I had been requested to "market" my contract to some buddy... Since I have declined that choice I spend the fee

Number 4... I had been informed they've additional web choices (3G, hard-wired device) to provide (but nothing equivalent)... And although I went right into a 4G support agreement, since I have declined other available choices I spend the fee.

#5. To add insult to damage... I'm charged for potential support. I've support thru september 19th. They'll not provide me-any credit for prepaid serices. But good men that they're, they'll not cost me for oct.

# 6... And much more insult... They still owe me a $50.00 refund for registering.

# 7... Plus they don't have any report of my charge card being billed for that installation & first month support. (I actually do—I just utilize charge cards to cover such things as this)

#ethical of the tale is my bill stays energetic, despite the fact that they stated they shut it.
