Never got upgraded! But paid $19.99 what a scam!

I upgraded to "supreme bundle" at $19.99/month,

After I bought the package at $19.99 i never got improved! I approached the web site operator and he explained notice: our providers aren't refundable. I never got your providers DMCASender.com!!! And that I wanted a reimbursement 2 nights after! The web site doesn't have conditions and terms and there is no-where stating the services aren't refundable, what providers!!! I never got any

PLEASE... Please everybody avoid this scam website. Or even you'll you need to be cheated like me...: 0 (
