I used to be approached by GC Providers regarding a Citibank bill that my spouse and that I had. They provided funds add up to us and we talked towards the organization that addresses my spouseis 401K consideration to withdraw what we required. We could get all-but about $360 of exactly what the negotiation was, therefore we counter provided GC Providers. The supervisor of the selections division (approximately she stated she was) allegedly approached Citibank and our present was approved. We created the cost in March for that counter-offer. We were still receiving expenses from Citibank, and so I approached GC Providers again. They advised me the negotiation supply had terminated and since we'd nevertheless required the additional $360, the consideration couldn't be resolved and shut. After I told them what had occurred, they advised me the GC Providers worker I had been coping with have been finished from work and there is no report of the table negotiation. They'dnot tell me why she was ended and wouldnot fix the consideration. I came across the notice that I obtained and approached them back. Used to donot have use of a duplicate device with no transport to obtain entry at that time so that they explained to send the initial notice for them. MY MISTAKE! Today they're declaring they never obtained the notice and that I no further have evidence of the counter-offer being approved. Therefore today I'm in a struggle with them.
