I bought a dripless shaft seal from Deep-Blue Boat Offer (handled Mike Heller) in December and my vessel went into drydock May. During drydock the technician recommended the period of the dripless seal was too much time so when I approached Deep-Blue Boat Paul stated that they just market one dripless seal duration to get a 1" base and that I was out-of fortune with trading it or perhaps a return. Paul stated that since I have bought the seal 8 weeks before he'd not assist me despite the fact that I never employed the seal also it was still in its original container. Because the seal isn't any use in my experience I provided Paul to cost me a restocking charge... He again stated no. I think about this to become bad support on Deep-Blue Boat Offeris aspect and that I won't buy something from their website again. Watch out for coping with Deep-Blue Boat Offer.
