I should have checked the other bids before I gave him permission to commence. He gave me a partial refund, as he claimed to have spent nearly 5 hours loadind data from Excel into Tradestation. So either he is lying or he is so inept that it took him nearly 5 hrs to load data into Excel. You decide.
