I have been having a problem with their company for two months. Everytime you try to contact them they don't answer your emails. Their Phone number they supply is a voice mail you can't speak to anyone live. I sent numerous emails and made numerous phones non have been returned.
They say if you want a refund email them at email address you received when you signed up for their service. Yet they don't answer email or phone calls.
I have tried for a month to get my $24 dollars back, I paid them for 6 months of hosting and I can't even use their service. And another month trying to contact their so called tech support.
Their service is constantly going down. And they have no one who helps you! They are a rip off stay away from them. Paypal is no help either. That is the way I paid for the service. Paypal is just as much as a ripoff as freewebs.com
