Requested a timer button for my dishwasher on 31st May. Cost removed from my banking account on 1st June. As at 8th July I still have not obtained the component. They've no phone number to get hold of them just an email which-when you deliver an email for them keeps returning stating the component is on back-order. I have eventually discovered the component isn't any longer created and therefore they might never have it for me personally. The total amount is just £12.83 but that isn't my problem. Others might be dropping a lot more cash for this deceptive organization.
