This is actually the absolute worst site. I requested a $700 alice and olivia gown on sale for $349 which did state ultimate purchase. I paid additional to truly have the gown delivered in 2 times to get a wedding I'd on friday. I obtained the gown on Thursday, introduced it towards the products to obtain "puffed" because the base was smooth from being shipped collapsed in a container. The products showed me the hem and described there wasnt something he might do because the gown was cut and there is no means a could be attached like this. I named Singer 22 quit a note along with a week later i still hadn't noticed something. I called again, needed to email them images and deliver the gown back. They provided me a brand new gown, also poor the marriage was lengthy over or store credit. I described all I needed was a reimbursement onto my american express. Everybody i talked with was rude, unpleasant, and liars declaring they delivered me emails that we never obtained. I've questioned this cost twice with American Express and sadly they've obtained Singer 22is aspect and that I will have a $349 credit towards there site. Its total bull$#*! I'll invest my credit but WOn't ACTUALLY purchase or suggest this site. Like a business proprietor myself I'm totally shocked using the method the organization managed this case.
