My fiance and that I requested a for the wedding. We settled the deposit upon putting the purchase. After recieving the dress (and spending the rest of the balance), we observed some chalk markings about the gown. We delivered the gown towards the shop. The associate store-manager informed us that it'd have to be washed, they'd contact when it had been prepared. Following a week, we named plus they advised us they weren't ready to wash it, so that they had requested a brand new one. We called back again to get an ETA about the new gown. For 3 months no body could verify the ETA. We selected another gown. Today they'll not return our cash and do not have a gown for all of US. I've quit messages for that local supervisor, Kelly Oliver, all week and also have not obtained a call-back.
