I have spent three months tracking down my own money from returns

I've used 3 months searching for my very own income from results. Somehow the deal also gets "dropped" or "mishandled". I've attempted 3 times and that I may effectively state that I'm totally completed with DSW... They never actually stated apologized!!! Farewell DSW hello Off Broadway.
