I really couldnot realize who Offerwire was since I have was trying to purchase through Timewarner. To obtain the refund, I'd to possess 2 complete weeks bills to deliver to Offerwire. I waited the two weeks and submitted exactly what I had been suppose to deliver. I received the data back declaring that I'd not fulfilled the contract to email within the refund. I described tat I had been waiting about the invoicing of the two weeks support. They essentially had no respect for this whatsoever. So far as I am worried this present is just a scam. They provide a refund that they're fully planning to not spend. Time-warner i really hope you understand this may result your company as you decide to allow them to provide providers. Don't cope with offerwire!!!
